The Word of God is eternal and unchanging, we are not here for ourselves, we deserve the lake of fire, but Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost, and if Jesus did not rise from the dead our faith is vain. One of the greatest deceptions concocted by Satan is his ability to sway believers into focusing on their own lives rather than on the life of the One Who willingly gave it for us.
We have absolutely zero righteousness. If any man be in Christ he is a new creature; old things are passed away, behold, all things have become new. God doesn't need us, we need Him.

I don't agree with you, I signed up just to tell you that. I believe in Jesus, as my Lord and Savior. I believe in the Holy Ghost and speaking in Tongues. I've seen God work. I've been on mission trips to Mardi Gras. God, does work through the supernatural. I've seen it, and you can't change my mind. God bless to you all. I hope we all see God move in a mighty way. I understand waht you are saying and I agree with most of what you say. I too believe in Jesus as my Lord and Savior; the Holy Spirit and I AM as my God. I also have seen God work in many ways including some that were very supernatural and seemingly impossible to my mere human brain. I am not in the least trying to change your mind. All we are striving to do with the Ministry is to bring to attention what some of these preachers are doing in Jesus' name so that they may fill their coffers. Please study the Scriptures daily with understanding from the Holy Spirit and I assure you that a time will come when you also will realize that Jesus taught a prosperity message without a doubt, BUT the prosperity He taught was our great reward which was to have Life and to have it more abundantly. Life -- not riches. Life in eternity with Him. I am sure you would rather be here on earth with enough to get by and no worries about your eternal future knowing you were going to spend it in PARADISE with Our Lord and Savior, than to have all the wealth here and no Paradise in Eternity. We are not to be of this world but separate. You cannot be separate if all you do is strive for prosperity here. If you have extra here while on earth, you should use it to help others knowing your reward awaits you with the Father. God Bless you and keep studying. Rev. Wise

No one here doubts the reality of the supernatural power of God. I know the man who runs this site and believe me he is a man of God who knows the power and grace of Jesus Christ. Sometimes he puts things on this site just to find out what people out there are thinking. I've seen the power of God ... I've seen miracles ... I've known the joy of being delivered from the power of demonic influence. What I have NEVER seen is someone SPEAK a material item into being. When we who love the Lord begin thinking we are "little gods" as Kenneth Copeland teaches ... and believe we can create our own reality by "positive speaking" we are walking on the edge of, if not practicing, witchcraft. Ask any pagan or wiccan what they believe about the power of the spoken word and they will tell you we create our own reality. You can't lay your hands on a Chevy and "confess" it into being a Bentley even though I knew a Copeland follower who did that day after day for many months!
