I've been where you, CC and DJBiblical, are. I swallowed that prosperity garbage for more than a year. I defended Copeland and all the others from people like Bob Wise (and my present-day self) and "confessed" myself into a near nervous breakdown and my daughter completely away from God and into witchcraft ... it's the same thing, word of faith and witchcraft! In both circles, words are power and if you speak it, you create it ... and SHE fell for it. During that year, we lost our home, our jobs, our health and our spiritual life because we couldn't understand why OUR words OUR confession brought niothing but emptiness and pain. It wasn't until I realized that I had been practicing a form of witchcraft, repented and began living a life of obedience that I accepted with joy the prosperity of soul God gave me and accepted with joy the idea that GOD IS THE KING. HE CAN AND WILL DO WHATEVER HE WANTS AND WE HAVE NO ABILITY TO CHANGE HIS SOVEREIGN WILL by what we say ... all we can do is ask God in humility and trust Him to always do what is right for us ... even if that means poverty, illness or, even, death!

So, if would care to show documented proof of the falsehoods of these Ministries, of one you claim to have first hand, not being true and proving they should not be followed, fine.

uh, I wouldn't be so quick to say such things, knowing I'm a first hand witness to your clear anger and unforgiveness towards those who you claim have wronged you. Maybe they have, but to others who have not seen that proof, but good Godly foundational Truths shared otherwise, it is you and the others maligining ministers and Ministries, who have the burden to prove these accusations.
You need a lesson from God's Word in humility over maligning Ministers and Ministries preaching Prosperity and or Faith to believe, when those Ministries preach about identical ways God prospered those who had incredible faith and belief in God, thru out His historical accounts, in all kinds of ways, from material goods, to livestock, to gold, silver, position and power, plus more.
Those who were stoned in Old Test times, were clearly proven, by first hand evidence given, to prove thier disobedience. So, if would care to show documented proof of the falsehoods of these Ministries, of one you claim to have first hand, not being true and proving they should not be followed, fine. Otherwise, do not expect others to listen to someone else's opinions to believe them.
You speak against DjBiblical about judging you people. What is judging? Holding something against another. You yourself hold something against those who've wronged you. You admit that, every time you speak not just against thier teachings, but by including them as well to stay away from.
That.... is wrong dear friend. thus, how are we to believe what someone says is Truth, who claims others are not biblical when they themselves are not? You, from the way you share God's Word, should understand the ramifications of God on those who hold to unforgiveness towards others. Or anger as well the same way.
Hate, is of the Devil, anger is of the Devil, unforgiveness is as well. God and Christ both tell us to love those who hate us, love our enemies, love those and forgive those who wrong us. From what you've shared with me, it does not come across as tho you have done this, or you would not speak so strongly against those Ministers and Ministries.
Its one thing to lovingly and compassionately guide others what deceptions to avoid in some Ministry(s), but its clearly another when condemning those Ministries and thier Leaders. That is not judging the "root" or "fruit", but the Leader and Ministry both.
Jesus said, we can tell the "root" of a tree, by the "fruit" it bears. That clearly teaches us not to judge the person, but the influence guiding them by the fruit they demonstrate.
So... if want to rant and rave in defense of others here for what they claim, you had better start providing documented proof, otherwise remove the "beam" out of your own eye first, before trying to remove the "speck" out of another's. Understood?
All of you here come across as having strong convictions for God. Just think about where your convictions are and if honestly Biblically acceptable before God.
Bob Wise is my friend and brother. I have seen several of your posts "Biblical" and you aren't. Your tirade against someone you say is "judging" someone else is exactly what you scream so loudly is wrong ... JUDGING. We all have the mandate from God to test the spirits to see if they be from God and Bob is simply doing what God has told him to do. When a "prophet" makes a prophecy and it doesn't come true, according to the Bible, that prophet is a false prophet. We are to have nothing to do with that person ... in fact, during the time of the Old Covenant, believers were ordered to STONE someone who made a prophecy that didn't come true. We as older, wiser Christians are directed to protect and warn the naive and untrained "lambs" about wolves in sheeps clothing. Biblical ... you rant and rave and simply carry on in a manner that is neither loving nor Christian. Pray about it.

If you believe so much in your principles of God, please tell me where it says to BASH another christian, and when did God TELL YOU do do it?

Because they are still brainwashing people into believing that they are truly "profits" of God. If they put their warning out there, they are banking on the people to become scared and stop trying to expose them.

I had this question enter my thoughts the other day concerning what to do with false prophets of today since we stopped stoning. At first I thought, well, if they repent God may still use them. Then I thought, well repentance is what they need, but to be in a position of leadership again is out of the question for if we did as in OT times they would in effect be dead and not able to repent which means they could not "restart" their ministery as we allow today. Larry Lea, Jim Bakker ring a bell? So from their stand point they need to be thankful for grace...and being here and not back there.
