Hey you dear one  first of all THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING US AND OUR FREEDOM AND THE HUGE SACRIFICE YOU HAVE MADE FOR EVERYONE OF US.

PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE seek a godly man or counselor to help you sort out what you are going through. I did not go to war but I do suffer with a Diagnosis of PTSD. I grew up in a situation where a parent was daily sticking loaded guns to our heads or shooting at us and beating us, shot and killed pets and strays in front of us. I can tell you I had to seek treatment counsling, medication for anxiety and depression until I could work through the mess and let the Lord and others help me put the pieces of my life back together.

I still deal with some physical problems from the events of the past but once you get a good network of peers among you it helps tremendously. I will tell you God is with you even though your mind that is dealing with alot cannot see it.

Dear Lord will lift this precious person up to you, We ask that you will open the heart and start healing the wounds. That you will place the right people in their life to help them for ever how long it takes to heal.Guide Harleybiker to the right way to go and strenghten this one.Bless Harley provide all the needs , physical, spiritual, mental.Open harley's eyes and mind, heart to see you and fellowship with you. In Jesus Name Amen!

I will continue to pray for you keep posting and keep in touch,

Jason is right Harleybiker,
I led a terrible life in the past.  I never experienced combat like you have so I cannot begin to understand what it must be like to have all those memories and thoughts running around in your mind.  BUT, I also know this!  When i was doing drugs, drinking and living a life of sin and was so lost I didn't know which way to turn I found help.  I got to the poing when I lived in Memphis Tennessee that I carried a small caliber 25 automatic in my back pocket for protection because of the life I was living and the people I was associating with.  But when I thought all was lost and I had no future to live for, I found that help.  That help was from Jesus Christ.  Don't think of this as a bunch of panty waist people acting holier than thou.  I found that when I TRULY ask Jesus to forgive me of my sins and ask God to forgive me of my sins and my lousy screwed up life, I found peace, understanding, a joy I did not know existed until then.
I was so afraid that I would have to give up so much to become a Christian and that I would be embarrassed to have people know I was a Christian that I kept backing away from it.  BUT, once I made the plunge so to speak, I was amazed at how easy it was to just sit down and talk to Jesus and God and to the Holy Spirit just like they were right there in the room with me, which they were (and still are).
Think about the verses Jason listed and pray about it.  DO NOT worry about how to pray!  There is no special way to pray, no special formula to follow or certain words to use to get God's attention.  Just sit down under a tree somewhere or wherever you are comfortable and start talking to God. HE is listening and is not empressed with fancy words. HE IS impressed with a humble heart tho and will listen and He will answer you in some way that you will understand.  Do not lose heart if you do not see the answers right away.  Be patient and know in your heart that He is listening and you will begin to feel different in your heart and mind.
Let me know if there is anything you need to talk about.  I am here to help and Jason is a dear friend and he will help you in any way he can.  We love you and want you to know and experience God like we have.  It is the best thing that can happen in your life!
GOD BLESS YOU

None of us can contemplate what you have been through, I myself am a veteran but I did not see combat like yourself. I will not insult your inteligence by saying that I understand when I certainly do not. No one who has not been through something similar has any idea the agony that you are experiencing right now. However there is one person who knows and who cares. His name is Jesus Christ and He wants to help you.

Jesus came to Earth and lived a sinless life and died a horrible agonizing death on the cross and shed His precious blood so that we might be saved. He wants to save you too all that is required of you is that you place your faith in Him and he will save you. You see Jesus did not just die for us but He rose from the grave three days later.

Christ is here to help the helpless, because frankly without My Lords help I would never make it through the day either. The truth is that all of us would be lost without God.

The good news is that God did not leave us helpless but He sent his Son Jesus Christ to seek and save us. You see you do not need to find God He is always with us, what you need to do is open your heart and let him come in.

Rev 3:20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Rom 10:9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom 10:10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Rom 10:11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Rom 10:12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

Rom 10:13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Jesus is there right now waiting for you to reach out and open the door of your heart.

I will not promise you a bed of roses nor do I claim that all of your pain and suffering will end imediatly but I can promise you this, if you place your faith in Jesus Christ you will have a friend that sticks closer than a brother and peace in your heart. Please if you have any more questions that we can answer or anything we can pray about please let us know, we are here to help you do not feel like you are alone because you are not. We will be praying for you!!!
